Simon Cellan-Jones, born 1963 in Wales, UK, is a motion picture director. He is a director for Treme. He joined the crew for the first season in 2010, helming "Smoke My Peace Pipe". He returned for the second season in 2011, helming "On Your Way Down". He worked with Treme creator David Simon on his earlier series Generation Kill in 2008. Since then he has worked on several American series including Boardwalk Empire and How To Make it in America for HBO and Magic City for Starz.

He was successful in the UK prior to working in American television and directed episodes of Cracker and Our Friends in the North. He also worked on A Fine Romance (1981), the film Some Voices (2000), the television feature Sherlock Holmes and the Case of the Silk Stocking (2004), and the television feature The Queen's Sister (2005).
